She’s managed over a million square feet of mixed-use, retail, and office space, and takes a hands-on, practical approach to keeping things running smoothly. Whether it’s lease administration, tenant relations, or budgeting, Deana is known for being detail-oriented and solutions-driven. In addition to her strong operational skills, Deana has also held leadership roles that span both property and corporate functions. With past positions at Bright Realty LLC and AEC, Inc., she’s contributed to everything from vendor contract management to HR support. When she’s not working, Deana enjoys reading and relaxing with her family.
