David Tuttle is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor and broker with more than 20 years of experience spanning investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, development, and investor relations. Based in Fort Worth, David brings a comprehensive, solutions-oriented approach to every assignment, backed by a track record of over 4.5 million square feet of transactions totaling more than $370 million. David’s career reflects both depth and versatility. He began in commercial real estate in the early 1990s after earning his degree in Real Estate from the University of North Texas, quickly establishing himself in tenant representation before expanding into investment sales and brokerage with nationally recognized firms. Over time, he built and led his own brokerage platform while continuing to serve a diverse client base ranging from private investors and partnerships to institutional groups. In addition to brokerage, David has played a significant role on the investment and capital side of the business. As Director of Investor Relations for a multifamily investment firm, he helped scale operations, implemented CRM systems, and raised over $35 million in equity to acquire $105 million in assets within an 18-month period. His experience navigating both debt and equity structures allows him to guide clients with a well-rounded perspective that goes beyond the transaction itself. David is also actively involved in development through Iron Ranch Development, where he leads the planning and execution of flex business park projects across the DFW metroplex. His hands-on involvement—from site selection and entitlements to construction oversight and leasing—gives him a unique ability to advise clients across the full lifecycle of a property. Known for his ability to bring clarity to complex situations, David is a creative, solution-driven negotiator who thrives on solving challenges and building structure where it’s needed most. His background in sales leadership and operations further reinforces his approach—combining strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and a strong focus on client service.
