Deana Incremona

Deana Incremona serves as Director of Property Management for Dominus Commercial, providing strategic leadership across property operations, financial performance, acquisition due diligence, and asset transitions. With experience overseeing more than three million square feet of office, retail, and mixed-use properties, Deana brings an ownership-focused approach to property management that combines operational expertise with strong financial discipline. Deana plays an active role in acquisition due diligence, evaluating prospective properties alongside ownership and the acquisition team reviewing operating performance, budgets, service contracts, lease obligations, staffing, and capital needs to flag issues that could affect performance post-acquisition. Most recently, she led due diligence and operational planning for Dominus Commercial's 2025 acquisition of Brookhollow Central in Houston, then guided its transition onto the Dominus platform, from vendor evaluation to building the property's financial and operating framework under new ownership. Drawing on an accounting background, Deana oversees property-level budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, capital planning, expense recoveries, and financial reporting, working closely with accounting and ownership to track performance against budget and keep decisions aligned with ownership objectives. Her broader responsibilities span tenant relations, lease administration, vendor and contract management, building operations, engineering coordination, and risk management, with close collaboration across ownership, accounting, leasing, and engineering to drive accountability on every asset. Deana has also established a comprehensive training program for new and existing employees across the property management division, covering lease document administration, Yardi accounts receivable and payable, maintenance and engineering, leasing, and construction management, giving the team a consistent, well-rounded foundation and reinforcing best practices across every property. Deana and her family moved to the DFW area in the early 2000s after her husband completed a 10-year military career. She began her career in accounting, working in Oil & Gas investments and revenue accounting before moving into commercial real estate accounting at Bright Realty, LLC and later AEC, Inc. That accounting foundation led her into property management, where she advanced to Sr. Property Manager and earned multiple company awards for her leadership and results. That combination of financial rigor and hands-on property leadership has shaped her reputation for bringing structure and practical solutions to complex commercial real estate environments and her ability to evaluate an asset during due diligence and carry that knowledge into transition and ongoing operations provides valuable continuity between acquisition strategy and property-level execution. Known for a hands-on, solutions-driven leadership style, Deana is focused on building strong property teams, delivering excellent tenant experiences, and protecting long-term asset value. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her large Italian family.
