Steve is the CEO and owner of Dominus. His entrepreneurial perspective drives the vision for the company he founded in 2001, a firm in which relationships are key. Steve participates in every aspect of the company and his passion for developing future entrepreneurs and building high functioning teams is an undeniable part of who Steve is and what sets Dominus apart. As a result team members incorporate our company's pillars resulting in business done the "Dominus Way" where members care about and respect every client, work tirelessly on behalf of the client and show the same level of care and respect for one another. With over 25 years of experience, Steve actively shares his expertise in every aspect of the business including project development, investment sales, property management, leasing and corporate advisory services. Steve is devoted to his family and loves spending time outdoors with his wife Dana and 3 children he adores.
