James Spingola

James Spingola joined Dominus Commercial as an intern and has since transitioned into a full-time role as an Analyst and Junior Broker. Fresh out of college and energized to make his mark, James brings a youthful drive and motivation that he's eager to channel into both his work and the energy of the office. He is already focused on building his own book of business and looks forward to representing clients directly. A 2026 graduate of the University of Dallas with a B.A. in Business, James brings a strong analytical foundation to every engagement. He is especially well-versed in market surveys and lease comparables, and he leverages emerging AI tools to sharpen research, streamline analysis, and deliver clearer insight to clients and brokers alike. While at the University of Dallas, James helped found the University of Dallas Real Estate Society in 2025 and served as its Head of Finance, where he also launched the society's newsletter — and he continues to support the organization today, a reflection of his commitment to building community within the industry from the ground up. Outside of work, James is a diehard Chicago Bears fan and an avid sports enthusiast, with a special love for golf. James is eager to contribute everything he can to the Dominus Commercial team and the clients they serve.
