Justin Owen

Justin has over fourteen years of commercial real estate experience primarily in brokerage. He started his career as an analyst for a Dallas based real estate investment firm and moved into brokerage in 2008. During his tenure at Dominus, Justin’s achievements for his clients include overseeing a leasing portfolio of more than 1,000,000 square foot, completing hundreds of lease transactions exceeding $100 million in value, and the successful negotiation of over $175 million worth of commercial real estate sales transactions in North Texas, of which were primarily in the office and retail sectors but also include numerous land transactions. Justin’s successes have earned him the “Top Producer of the Year” award five times at Dominus Commercial. Abiding by the Dominus tenant of “Servant Leadership,” Justin is client focused consistently striving to achieve each client’s specific goal(s). Justin previously served as the Vice President of Leasing at Bradford Properties and as a Leasing Advisor at Sperry Van Ness/Dunn Commercial. A diehard Dallas Cowboys fan, Justin resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and two dogs. Justin is a graduate of Trinity University, formerly served on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Community Advisory Board, is an active member of the Dallas Street Dog Advocates, and a current member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
