Liam Denholm

Liam Denholm is a Senior Associate at Dominus Commercial, advising clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex on leasing, acquisitions, and strategic real estate decisions. Representing both landlords and tenants, he brings a balanced perspective on market dynamics and transaction strategy, helping clients navigate complex deals and position their real estate to maximize long-term value. Prior to joining Dominus Commercial, Liam worked at Colonial Commercial, where he was involved in transactions across multiple asset classes throughout the Metroplex. This experience gave him a strong understanding of the region’s commercial real estate landscape and the ability to identify opportunities as market conditions evolve. Liam focuses primarily on industrial warehouse and medical office properties, working with businesses and investors to align real estate decisions with operational needs and long-term investment objectives. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he brings the same team-oriented mindset to his practice that he values outside of work, where he enjoys traveling, golfing, and following the Dallas Stars.
