Mary Hoover is a dynamic and results-driven commercial property management professional with over three decades of experience overseeing multimillion-dollar assets across diverse portfolios. Known for her strategic leadership and deep operational expertise, Mary has consistently driven property value through capital improvements, strong tenant relations, and efficient operations. Mary recently joined Dominus, a commercial real estate firm specializing in full-service property management. Her extensive background in managing complex, multisite office properties and her proven ability to optimize operations make her a powerful asset to the Dominus team. With her track record of stabilizing underperforming assets, improving tenant retention, and overseeing high-value capital projects, Mary is uniquely positioned to enhance the firm’s service offerings and contribute to continued client success. Prior to joining Dominus, Mary held leadership roles with Parmenter Realty, Hertz Investment Group, Lexington MKP Management, PM Realty Group, and TCP Realty. Her tenure includes oversight of Brookhollow Central I, II, and III, where she led teams, guided major renovations, and strengthened tenant relationships that resulted in long-term lease renewals and strong occupancy rates. She has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management since 1983 and has obtained the designation of a Certified Property Manager, and is licensed in Real Estate in the state of Texas, and a member of the BOMA Houston Chapter. Mary is also listed in the International Who’s Who of Professionals, reflecting her commitment to excellence in commercial property management.
