His experience spans roles with respected firms including Wellcom Realty, Fuller Realty, Transwestern, and Parmenter, where he led operations, implemented preventive maintenance programs, and ensured efficient building performance across diverse environments. Walter is known for his ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as his expertise with building automation systems, including DDC controls and Angus platforms.
