Wesley Newton

Wesley grew up in DFW and attended Texas Tech University where he graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Starting his career in the Oil and Gas Industry, Wesley gained valuable experience and insight into how large-scale billion-dollar businesses operate, manage, and succeed. Wesley held a variety of positions throughout his time in Oil and Gas Industry, devoting most of his time managing high-level accounts and chasing new business in his Executive Sales Role. During his tenure as a Sales Executive, Wesley built a customer base that brought in over $40 million dollars in revenue per year. Since stepping into the Commercial Real Estate space, Wesley leveraged his sales and business background to serve as a valuable asset for his client base. Wesley brings an Oilfield work ethic and can-do attitude that sets him apart from the competition. At Dominus, Wesley quickly developed into a valuable member of the brokerage team focusing on investment sales of Industrial assets in the North Texas market. Wesley’s strong work ethic, industrial market expertise, and strategic relationships with both investors and buyers work in tandem with the Dominus Way, in which we focus on individual client goals and developing plans to achieve client objectives.
