Erick Civallero is a high-energy professional with a diverse background in technical maintenance, sales, and management. Currently serving as a Building Engineer for Dominus Commercial, Erick is part of a specialized team responsible for the maintenance of three high-rise buildings. In this capacity, he works closely with property management to oversee critical infrastructure, applying his technical skills in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, MEP, and computer-integrated building systems. Erick is known for approaching his work with a strong sense of urgency and a drive for results, consistently striving to exceed operational expectations. Erick’s technical foundation is supported by his previous experience as an electrician, where he gained hands-on expertise in troubleshooting electrical issues and installing fixtures across all stages of residential construction. His background also includes customer service and sales. In addition to his technical capabilities, Erick brings extensive leadership and customer service experience to his work. Having served as a manager in the service industry for several years, he has a proven track record of hiring, training, and scheduling staff while managing financial procedures and resolving complex customer concerns. He is a bilingual professional, fluent in both English and Spanish, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills that allow him to communicate effectively with peers and senior management alike. Outside of work Erick enjoys spending quality time with family, listening to music and riding his bike.
