Glenn Harrison brings over 30 years of engineering and construction expertise to Dominus, where he has been a key contributor since 2014. Originally from Southeastern New Mexico, Glenn’s extensive background spans project management, construction oversight, and front-office operations across diverse industries, including manufacturing and processing. His leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Engineering and Construction, a role in which he spearheaded critical initiatives and demonstrated his ability to manage complex, large-scale projects. In his current role as Chief Engineer, Glenn leads a dedicated team responsible for maintaining a Class A, 22-story client property in Las Colinas. Known for his hands-on approach, he is actively involved in both engineering and construction projects, ensuring their successful execution. Glenn is a trusted advisor to Dominus' clients, providing expert evaluations that identify risks and opportunities for improvement. His collaborative nature and ability to work with industry specialists allow for comprehensive insights into maximizing profitability and operational efficiency. Glenn is recognized within Dominus and among its clients for his steady leadership and strategic thinking, which are instrumental in driving successful negotiations and day-to-day operations. When he’s not working, Glenn enjoys spending time outdoors with his two sons and grandchildren, indulging in his love of nature and adventure.
